This new modern style pool villa has close to 210 metres of living area. Named after our love of these native Thai flowers(Orchids), villa "Baan Suaan Kluay Mai" is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters.
All utilities are included and breakfast and full catering are available(subject to charge.)
The villa is fully serviced/cleaned every second day and full bedding and towel change takes place after every third night.
Bedrooms are all ensuite,. Bathrooms are large and spacious with baths and both indoor and outdoor showers.A full range of "Elle" spa brand toiletries are available as well as sanitising hand cleaners
All bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in two of them).

The living room is open plan, with a 55 inch internet linked flat screen "SMART" tv.With IP tv featuring over 300 international channels in 5 languages as well as netflix. High quality portable music players are also available.
The villa is spacious, yet comfortable and overlooks the patiowhere you will find an 8 metre long salt water pool to enjoy.

The kitchen is modern,fully equipped including your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer stocked with eggs, milk, jams, bread, butter and some local beers(chargeable) and of course the freezer has chilled glasses.
There is a wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and unlimited water is available. A large selection of fruit is made available and fresh oranges and lemons are supplied at arrival time for morning juicing.

This hide away is set in an ideal tropical landscape.Yet also close to 3 beautiful ,yet unsullied beaches. The beach front village of Thong Krut is only a few minutes walk away. Thong Krut has several restaurants and bars and even its own French bakery. As well as a few traditional Thai restaurants and cafes.The village runs most of Samui's regular snorkelling and sea based excursions. It also has a couple of local minimarts/grocers for your daily shopping needs.
